Refund Policy
If ClosingMath isn't what you expected, we'll refund you. Simple as that.
The policy
14 days, no questions asked. If you bought ClosingMath and decide within 14 days of your purchase date that it isn't right for you, email us and we'll issue a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email hi@closingmath.com from the address you used to purchase
- Include your order number (it's in the receipt email Lemon Squeezy sent you)
- You don't have to explain why — but if there's something that didn't work for you, we'd love to hear so we can improve
What happens after you request
- We respond within one business day to acknowledge
- The refund is processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment method
- Your web-app access is deactivated at the time of refund
- We ask that you delete the downloaded PDFs and spreadsheets — they're licensed only while you own the product
After the 14-day window
We don't offer refunds on purchases older than 14 days. If something has gone wrong — the web app is broken, a download is corrupted, your license isn't working — email us anyway. We'll fix it.
Chargebacks
Please don't file a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us. We're a small operation and we'll always work with you to make it right. Filing a chargeback is faster for you in the moment but costs us hundreds in fees and ratings damage — and we'd rather just refund you directly.
